This non-filtered, extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Taggiasca olives cultivated in the high valley at 400/500 mm above sea level following the organic farming method: absence of pests, herbicides, organic fertilization, mulching and manual harvesting . Our extra virgin olive oil is characterized by its sweet and delicate taste, with almond and pine nuts flavor , intense yellow color and delicate taste with a decidedly sweet feeling in the final.
