This extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, is produced from Taggiasca olives, grown with conventional farming, and collected in the months of December, January and February. The harvest in this period determines an extra virgin olive oil with light fruity taste, with almond and pine nuts, with intense yellow color and delicate taste with decidedly sweet notes.
