This extra virgin olive oil from Organic Farming, cold extracted, is obtained from Taggiasca Olives harvested in October and November. Early Harvest means the olives are collected when they are still green and this causes a higher presence of polyphenols in the olive oil. We produce a limited number of bottles of this type of oil, so we recommend booking it in time. Harvesting in this period determines an extra virgin olive oil with a very intense fruity flavor, with notes of artichoke, green / yellow color and a very aromatic taste with decidedly spicy sensations while not losing the classic almond note in the aftertaste.
