Le olive Taggische sono olive nere, piccole e dolci. Sono un ingrediente fondamentale della cucina ligure, ideali sulla pizza, nei piatti a base di carne o semplicemente come aperitivo. Le olive sono raccolte dalla pianta nel mese di gennaio e febbraio solo dopo un'attenta cernita a mano vengono destinate alla salamoia.
Dopo almeno 6 mesi di salamoia le olive, ormai pronte, vengono denocciolate, invasettate e ricoperte di olio extra vergine.
Data di scadenza: 6 mesi. Dopo l'apertura è importante tenere sempre le olive ricoperte d'olio di oliva.

This extra virgin olive oil from organic farming, cold-extracted, is obtained from Taggiasca  olives harvested in October and November. Harvesting in this period determines an extra virgin olive oil with a very intense fruity flavor, with notes of artichoke, green / yellow color and a very aromatic taste with decidedly spicy sensations while not losing the classic almond note in the aftertaste.
